Using Gmail For All Your Email Accounts

I love Gmail. Gmail allows you to set up an unlimited number of additional email addresses within one account. You are able to receive mail from muliple domains into your gmail account, and when you said an email, you can select which domain you want to send it from.

All you need to do is set up email forwarding on your domain email address. For example, bill@microsoft.com would forward his email to billgmack@gmail.com. Next, log in to your gmail account, click on Settings->Accounts->Add Another Email Address. Then add your display name and email address. I like to also select “Reply from the same address the message was sent to.”

Gmail sends a test email which should be forwarded to your gmail account if you’ve already set up the forwarding. Now, you can easily receive and send email from all your domains using the gmail interface.
