Need a Business Entity for Affiliate Marketing?

I have one question for you, if I may: Before I begin an affiliate marketing business, do you recommend I create a small buiness? Or can I begin as an individual, using my personal SSN and banking account information? How did you and Kirk begin?
You do not need to create a small business when starting out with affiliate marketing. In fact, all of the affiliate applications give you a choice of entering your SSN# or EIN#.
Once you are sure that affiliate marketing is right for you, I would suggest creating a business (I have an S-Corp) due to the various incentives (tax, liability, etc).
