Like you I'm starting with a intangible service before affiliate marketing. I've been spending so much time with web design lately and what you said at 49 min really stuck me. "If its going to take me more than 15 min and its not one of my core competencies - I outsource it." Since then I've gotten some really great bids from Elance - so great I'm getting two made for some crazy split testing (two different companies for a total of $130!).
