    Hey Josh,

    New reader here. Really like your site – enough to make a remark to my friends. A successful affiliate marketer that’s ethical is incredible! Like you I’m starting with a intangible service before affiliate marketing.

    I’ve been spending so much time with web design lately and what you said at 49 min really stuck me. “If its going to take me more than 15 min and its not one of my core competencies – I outsource it.” Since then I’ve gotten some really great bids from Elance – so great I’m getting two made for some crazy split testing (two different companies for a total of $130!).

    Is there anyway to know what others are bidding on the content network for any particular site. For example, I want to have an image ad on this site that has good traffic. I notice that it shows text ads in a 250 x 250 (example) space. How would I be able to know what the highest combined bid is for this spot and bump the comptition?
